Designing and Implementing Dynamics Pricing Frameworks
Dynamic pricing is pushing the boundaries of what was previously seen possible in the B2C business environment. Before we began to use price labels, pricing of a product was determined by what the market seller thought the customer could afford. This was the dynamic pricing of its time; using available knowledge of the customer to make a pricing decision. The available knowledge in those times would have included the customer’s apparent mood, the state of their clothes and neatness of their hair. Fast forward to the modern day and dynamic pricing is making a very strong comeback. We are again looking at the customer’s situation and condition to determine the best price to offer. The access to digital data on customers is making all the difference. As we push the boundaries, the boundaries are closing in also, as the limitations in IT and data management systems begin to show. This conference plays a crucial part in pricing strategies that enable businesses to maximise revenue, establish a strong market position and gain the decision-making edge on the next step in developing your dynamic pricing strategy.
