About your Trainer - Barry Goode:
Barry has over 18 years experience to group director level, and has been practicing as a freelanceconsultant since 2001. He delivers training, consulting and transition support to companies across a range of industry sectors.
After obtaining a BA (Hons) degree in Social Science, he went on to achieve his MSc in Personnel
Management & Business Administration and then held several permanent positions practicing in human resources management.
As a freelance consultant, Barry has delivered projects and programmes for companies such as Cable
& Wireless, Barclays Bank and BT. Examples of his projects include strategic and HR operations transformations, organisational restructures, TUPE transfers and change management projects. Barry is also a lecturer and examiner at the London School of Business and Finance, where he delivers their programmes on Strategic Business Management and Project Management and examiner at the London School of Business and Finance, where he delivers their programmes on Strategic Business Management and Project Management. Barry’s strengths lie in his pragmatic style and ability to translate theory into practical, tangible application.
